- 1). Spread the bedspread out on a clean, flat surface such as a table or floor. Smooth the top of the blanket with your hands to remove any wrinkles or creases.

- 3). Fold the blanket in half lengthwise. Continue smoothing out any wrinkles with your hands as you fold.
- 4). Fold the blanket in half widthwise one more time. Finish the process by folding the blanket in half lengthwise once again, so that you have a small, square-shaped package.
