    Vinegar

    • 1). Saturate a cotton ball in white vinegar. Rub the edges of the sticker with the cotton ball until the sticker is thoroughly saturated.

    • 2). Scrape the sticker off the frame using a plastic paint scraper. If you meet resistance, apply more white vinegar to the sticker.

    • 3). Continue scraping and applying the vinegar until you have removed all traces of the sticker.

    • 4). Rub the leftover adhesive with the saturated cotton ball. Wipe the picture frame with a cloth dampened in cool water.

    Heat

    • 1). Hold a hair dryer a few inches above the sticker. Set the hair dryer on medium and turn on.

    • 2). Move the hair dryer back and forth above the sticker for several seconds.

    • 3). Scrape the sticker off the frame with a plastic scraper. If you meet resistance, repeat steps 1 and 2 until the adhesive is softened and you can scrape the rest of the sticker off the frame.

    • 4). Wipe the frame clean with a damp cloth.

    Rubbing Alcohol

    • 1). Dampen a cloth with rubbing alcohol. Scrub the sticker with the cloth for several seconds until the sticker is saturated with the rubbing alcohol.

    • 2). Soak into the sticker with the rubbing alcohol for five minutes.

    • 3). Scrape the sticker off the frame with a plastic paint scraper. If needed, continue to scrub the sticker with the saturated cloth.

    • 4). Wipe the frame clean with a damp cloth.

    Water-Displacing Spray

    • 1). Apply water-displacing spray -- such as WD-40 -- directly on the sticker.

    • 2). Allow the spray to soak into the sticker for 30 seconds.

    • 3). Wipe the sticker off the frame with a damp cloth.

    • 4). Repeat the process if needed.
