- 1). Turn off all burners and make sure the cooktop surface is cool to the touch.
- 2). Vigorously shake the bottle of Cerama Bryte or other cooktop cleaner to mix any settled cleanser, and add a few drops of it to the cooktop surface.
- 3). With a Cerama Bryte Cleaning Pad or a dry paper towel, gently rub the cleaning solution over the cooktop surface, using pressure where needed, to remove any cooking residue.
- 4). For stubborn areas, repeat Steps 2 and 3.
- 5). For heavily burned-on food residue, hold the razor blade at a 45-degree angle and carefully scrape away the affected area, then repeat Steps 2 and 3.
- 6). Using a dry cloth, wipe off the remainder of the cleaner. You do not need to use water or rinsing solution.
