- 1). Ground your natural ingredient into a powder, if possible, or use natural pigment powder which can be bought from art stores already ground.
- 2). Mix powder or blend natural ingredients that cannot be ground, such as fruits, with a small amount of water until it creates a smooth paste.
- 3). Add the paste little by little to your white paint until your desired shade is achieved, mixing well. If using natural food coloring, add directly to paint.
