- 1). Turn off your remote. The "Off" button is located on the upper left-hand side of the remote.
- 2). Flip the remote over to the back side. Slide and push the battery cover off and place it to the side. The battery cover will have an arrow ridge pointing in the direction in which you should slide off the cover. The batteries will be exposed, once the cover has been removed properly.
- 3). Remove the old batteries from their compartment. Insert the new batteries, making sure to line up the "+" and "-"signs of each battery and those in the battery compartment.
- 4). Reconnect the battery cover. Turn your remote back over and press the "On" button.
