- 1). Turn on the power for the TV you want to sync with the GE remote. Press and hold the "Code Search/Setup" button until the indicator light turns on, then press the release the button.
- 2). Press the TV button, then release it. This remote can be programmed to other types of devices, so pressing the TV button prepares the remote to link with a TV instead of other devices.
- 3). Enter the code for the TV you are programming to the remote by using the number pad on the remote. A list of codes can be found by going to the Jasco Products website (see Resources). When the proper code has been entered, the indicator light turns off. It's common for some of the codes not to work, so continue to input different codes on the list until one works. Aim the remote at the TV and press the "Power" button. The TV should turn off.
