How to Activate Gmail on a BlackBerry Tour

Using the Handset

• 1). Press the "Menu" key on the BlackBerry Tour and click "Setup."
  
  
• 2). Click "Personal Email Setup." Type your Gmail address and password at the prompt and click "Next."
  
  
• 3). Review the confirmation messages and click "OK." An icon for the Gmail account will be placed on the Tour's home screen.
  
  

Using BlackBerry Internet Service

• 1). Access your mobile carrier's BlackBerry Internet Service website. Click "Create New Account."
  
  
• 2). Agree to the license terms. Then, enter your BlackBerry's PIN and ESN number in the designated fields. Click "Continue."
  
  
• 3). Enter a username and password for your online account. Click "Submit" and log in using your account credentials.
  
  
• 4). Click "Add Email Account" and enter your Gmail account information. Click "OK." Review the confirmation message for the account. An icon will appear on the home screen of your BlackBerry Tour when the account is activated.
