How to Smart Sync a Zune

104 47
    • 1). Connect your Zune to your computer. Connect one end of the Zune USB cable to the device's USB port. Connect the other end to any available USB ports on your computer.

    • 2). Power on your Zune. Open the Zune software program on your computer.

    • 3). Click the "Settings" option from the menu bar of the Zune software program. Select "Device" and "Sync Options."

    • 4). Select your sync option. Select "All" to perform a "Smart Sync." This option will transfer all of your music, videos, pictures, and apps from your computer to your Zune, as long as you have enough memory available. If you select the "Items I Choose" sync option you will be able to select individual items that you want to transfer to your Zune. This is not considered a "Smart Sync." Choosing the "Manual Sync" option will not cause your items to sync. It just prevents automatic syncs when your Zune is connected to your computer.

    • 5). Wait as your media items and apps are automatically synced from your Zune software to your Zune player.
