- 1). Install Creative MediaSource on your computer from the CD-ROM included with your Zen MP3 player. Allow the program to automatically find MP3 files on your computer when prompted. This adds the files to the music library created in MediaSource.
- 2). Plug your Zen MP3 player into your computer using the included USB cable.
- 3). Wait for your computer to detect the Zen MP3 player and a pop-up window to appear in the bottom-right corner of your desktop.
- 4). Click "Organize Now" to start Creative MediaSource. Initially, the MediaSource window shows MP3 files on your Zen MP3 player.
- 5). Click the blue left arrow button at the bottom of the program window to show the right panel. The right panel shows MP3 files on your computer.
- 6). Select songs to add to your Zen MP3 player in the right panel. Press and hold the "CTRL" key while clicking on tracks to select multiple MP3 files.
- 7). Click the blue left arrow located between the two panels to transfer selected songs to the Zen MP3 player. A pop-up window will appear showing the status of the transfer.
- 8). Wait for the transfer to be completed before selected additional songs for transfer or ejecting your Zen MP3 player.
