- 1). Connect the Sansa MP3 player to your computer using the USB sync cable. Wait until your computer detects the device.
- 2). Click the "Start" icon in the taskbar. Click "My Computer" in XP or "Computer" in Vista.
- 3). Click "Sansa/Removable Disk" (depending on what you have connected to your computer, it will usually be the F: drive). This will open the storage directory of the Sansa MP3 Player.
- 4). Drag and drop the files you want on the Sansa MP3 Player into the root storage directory. The files will be copied over to the MP3 player from your computer.
