- 1). Go to the Sirius Satellite Radio website and sign in using the "Already a Subscriber" form. Enter your username and password. Then enter the verification code and click the "Login" button to login. Follow the on-screen menus to change or renew a Sirius subscription.
- 2). Visit the Sirius Satellite Radio website and click the "Help" link at the bottom of the page. Under the "Contact Us" section, click the "Email Customer Care" link. Fill out the form and state that you are inquiring about current subscription renewal rates. Click the "Submit" button to send the message. Customer Care will email you back with an answer within the next few business days.
- 3). Call the Sirius Customer Care line at 888-539-7474. Ask about any current deals being offered for subscription renewal.
