- 1). Design a church logo if you don't already have one. Keep it simple and plain so that it's easy to read and understand. Include the name of the church and some sort of icon that represents the church's mission. Include, at most, one additional phrase of only a few words. Be sure that you use royalty-free graphics, or get permission from the creators if you did not create the graphics yourself.
- 2). Decide on the T-shirt colors, on how big you want the logo to be and on where you want it placed. You can put a large logo on the front or back of the T-shirt, use a smaller logo over a pocket or do a small logo on the front and a large version on the back.
- 3). Save your logo file in the right color and size to fit your T-shirt design. You don't want to use a logo image that is tiny and try to enlarge it to a big size on the T-shirt. The image itself needs to be very close to the size you want it to be on the T-shirt.
- 4). Find a screen printer either locally or on the Internet.
- 5). Compare prices. The easiest way to go is to have a screen printing company make the T-shirts for you. You would simply provide the company a copy of the logo; specify the shirt styles, sizes and colors; and let the company do the rest. Or you can order iron-on transfers and T-shirts separately and apply the logo yourself.
