- 1). Turn on the Panasonic TV.
- 2). Press the "TV" button located near the top of the Time Warner remote. The button will blink.
- 3). Type in the four-digit code "0250," "1947," "0650," "0051," 1924," "1927," "1946," "1410," "1919," "0055" or "1941," utilizing the number keys on the Time Warner remote to type in the code.
- 4). Point the Time Warner remote at the TV.
- 5). Press "PWR" once on the remote. The Panasonic TV will turn off if the correct code was entered. Repeat the process using a different four-digit code mentioned in Step 3 if the TV does not turn off.
