How to Sync 2 Calendars on a BlackBerry

Turn on Wireless Synchronization

• 1). Press the "Menu" key when you are on the home screen of your BlackBerry. If you are not on the home screen, press the "Cancel" key to get back to the main icon screen.
  
  
• 2). Click on the icon for the calendar that you want to sync. You will have to do this multiple times if you have more than one calendar.
  
  
• 3). Press down on the "Menu" button. Scroll to and select the "Options" icon.
  
  
• 4). Scroll to and select the specific calendar that you want to wirelessly sync. This will have a name specific to your email account, such as Gmail.
  
  
• 5). Move down to the "Wireless Synchronization" box. Click the trackball to change the selection to "Yes." Press the "Menu" button down. Scroll to the option "Save" from the list that appears and click the trackball.
  
  

Sync Two Calendars

• 1). Press the "Menu" key when you are on the home screen of your BlackBerry. If you are not on the home screen, press the "Cancel" key to get back to the main icon screen.
  
  
• 2). Scroll to and click the "Calendar" application icon. Press down on the "Menu" button. Move the cursor down and click on the "Options" selection.
  
  
• 3). Enter in the word "MOVE" using your BlackBerry's keypad in the available field. Make sure that a message appears and asks if you want to sync all appointments in to a single calendar app.
  
  
• 4). Click the option for "Yes" to confirm the move of all entries and to initiate the sync. Wait approximately four minutes until the process is complete. Make sure the device reverts back to the main screen.
  
  
• 5). Remove the back cover from the BlackBerry and then pull out the battery while you have the device turned on. Wait a few moments and then reinsert the battery. Press and hold the "End" key to turn the BlackBerry back on and finalize the process.
