- 1). Plug one end of the USB cable into your cell phone and the other end into the USB port on your computer.
- 2). Open "My Computer" and your cell phone should be listed under devices. Double-click on the cell phone folder to open.
- 3). Your data will be saved under one of two folders: "Phone" or "Card". Open the folder you want to use to access your data.
- 4). Double-click on either the Audio, Graphics or Images folder. After opening the folder, select the files you want to transfer to your computer and drag them to your desktop. This may take a few moments, depending on the size of the file(s) you are transferring. After the transfer is complete, you can open the data on your computer.
