Purchase a scrapbook album and girl themed scrapbooking supplies and design pages for each month of baby's first year. Make the same deign for each month and keep it simple; pages should accommodate standard 4 inch by 6 inch photos. Include space for journaling. • During the baby shower for the mom-to-be, create an advice book for her, focusing on advice for raising a daughter. Place the scrapbook on a table, and ask guests to write out a note of good wishes and advice on the pages. Take a photo of each guest with the mom-to-be, and adhere it to the page where she wrote out her advice. Before the shower, add several pages throughout with quotations about raising daughters and motherhood in general, and embellish the book with girl-themed embellishments.
