Fad Diets Just Do Not Work and Here is Why!
Yes fad diets will work for you in the short run! But they often always come with a hefty price! The first problem that comes from these fad diets is that once you get of the diet, all the weight you lost will come back and then some more! There have been numerous studies that have shown that everyone who uses a fad diet will gain all the weight lost in the diet back.
In fact, in all cases, you will gain back more weight than you lose.
Need proof! Ask yourself what happened to you when you did go on a fad diet? It obviously did not work or you would not be reading this! A fad diet will require you to eat some special food or drink or sacrifice something! And because the body is deprived and starved of calories, in the end a fad diet will allow you to lose weight, but what happens when it's time to go back to regular food? The moment you go back to regular food! Which you will with time is that you will gain all the weight back again! So how do you identity a fad diet? Well anything you find in the New York's best seller list is a fad diet it is a fad becomes it comes and it goes-I refer to the Atkins diets, the Sedona diet! Etc Remember with such diets, you simply cannot remain on that type of diet forever, and sooner or later you will have to eat real food again.
Fad diets do not prepare you for this.

The question is how realistic are they when it comes to maintaining the weight loss results you achieved? And the truth is "not very long!" So is there a solution to such weight loss diets? Yes and it is to eat as nature intended! That is right eating right! No I am not saying avoid all the foods you love! What I am saying is that each meal you eat should have a clean source of protein, a good source of carbohydrates and a good source of fiber! A clean source is one which is wholesome and fresh and has not been fried or preserved.
A good example would be fresh vegetables and grilled chicken breast.
This is not hard at all.
In fact; a week of eating like that and you will never go back to eating the wrong foods ever again! A good weight loss program should not only help you lose fat, it should also help you to develop the correct eating habits necessary to maintain your new body.

The average 200lb bodybuilder takes in 3600-4000 calories a day and yet they look very different! The bodybuilder ha a 10-11% body fat level and the average Joe has 24-30% body fat level! You do not have to become or look like a bodybuilder to get the same benefits but you can certainly benefit from what they know and do! The point is you can eat lots of calories and still lose weight if you follow the simple eating tips bodybuilders use!
