- 1). Pour a handful of Prell shampoo into your hands and rub it into the dry hair. Make sure to use enough to cover all of the hair and penetrate down to the scalp where the color sits. Leave the shampoo on for a total of 45 minutes and then rinse out with warm water.
- 2). Heat the hot oil in the microwave for 10 seconds and open accordingly. Apply the hot oil to your hair while dry. Wrap your hair in plastic wrap and allow this to sit on the hair for an hour. Wash the hair completely clean with a clarifying shampoo and then rinse with warm water.
- 3). Heat extra virgin olive oil in the microwave and apply to the hair while it is still hot. Make sure to completely wet all of the hair that the dye is on, down to the scalp.
- 4). Wrap the entire head of hair in plastic and then let this sit for about 45 minutes. Use Prell shampoo to pat on top of the oil after removing the plastic. Use enough to again cover the entire affected area completely. Let this sit for about 5 minutes. Then wash out with warm water.
