- 1). Double-click the Steam icon on your desktop to start the program. Enter your username and password to log into your Steam account.
- 2). Click the "Library" tab at the top of the program window to see a complete list of all the games on your account. Press the "View" tab at the top of this page to organize your games as a list, grid or with full details depending on your preferences.
- 3). Look at the game manual if you do not know what the launch options for the game are. To see the manual, right-click on the game and select "View Store Page." A link to the game manual will display at the bottom right hand side of the page under "Game Details." Click this link to open the manual and check for launch options the game might have.
- 4). Scroll through your library and locate the game of which the launch options you want to change. Right-click on the game then click "Properties." Under the "General Properties" tab, click "Set Launch Options." A new window with a input box will appear. Change the launch options displayed to the new values that you desire and click "OK."
