- 1). Escape from the Mortuary at the beginning of the game and make your way into the city of Sigil. Complete several of the quests found in the first few sections of the hive, but be sure to always choose only the most chaotic dialog options so that The Nameless One's alignment moves closer to Chaotic Neutral.

The Smoldering Corpse Bar
Travel to the section of the Hive where the Smoldering Corpse Bar can be found. - 3). Speak with the wild looking man named "Barking Wilder" on the east side of the Smoldering Corpse Bar. He will growl and bark at the party instead of saying anything understandable.
- 4). Choose the dialog option to bark back at Barking Wilder instead of trying to ask him to speak sensibly.

Continue choosing only the most chaotic options when speaking with Barking Wilder, such as snarling wildly at him and coming up with a nonsense song on the fly. Next ask him to join the faction, but make sure to jumble the words up so that the request doesn't entirely make sense. The Nameless One will then be a member of the Revolutionary League.
