The problem with this is that, you might lock in your username and password into a scamming website.
What these website owners do is to make a website exactly the same as Runescape, and ask you to login with your username and password.
Once you done that, you will not be able to play the game! And they will keep a record of your username and password.
With that, they will lock in for you and change your password.
This is real bad! So do take note on it.
