You really don't how hard that was for me to look her in the face and see the disappointment that she had, because her daddy could not play with her because he was overwieght and a fat couch potato. I saw this look of sadness from my little baby girl and it just broke me down. I never thought that I would ever feel this way. My little baby was sad and dissapointed in me, and I did this by being lazy and not taking care of myself.
I was very sad and mad at myself, why did I let myself get this way. I use to be an atheletic person, I never thought I would get fat and overwieght. I never thought their would be a time when my little girl would be sad and dissappointed in me because I couldn't get off the couch and play with her because I was overwieght and out of shape.
The look in her eyes, the shear look of dissappointment absolutely distroyed me. I had to change, I had to get help. That's when I saw it, I was sitting on my couch, yes just like I normally do, and it came on. A commercial for a workout program called P90X by tony horton. Wow, I saw that commercial and I saw the change that the people on tv had. People like me, who had the same problems. They were overwieght and out of shape.
So, what do you think I did, you guessed it, I called the 800 number and bought the P90X workout program. It was just around a hundred bucks, but I thought if this works, it is worth it. If this helps me get of this couch and change my life, so I can play with my little girl again and make her proud of me. Then it would be worth any amount of money.
I placed the order and within 2 - 3 days I got my P90X workout program through the UPS service. I was so happy and excited. I finally could get back my respect and make my daughter happy again. I knew this would be hard, but I was determined to make it work.
I got up that night and made time to do the first workout, OMG, it was so hard. I felt like I was going to die, but I kept going. I worked out for about an hour. Then I went to the shower and I felt like I was going to throw up, but I didn't. I made it to the bed and the next morning I could barly walk, but I pushed forward.
This went on for about a week, that's only because I was so out of shape, but let me tell you, after that first week I felt great and saw a huge difference in my body already. I wasn't as sore and I could actually see my body changing. I was amazed, I really could tell this was working. I knew at that point I could do this, I could really do this and get my body back in shape.
Well this went on for an entire month, I saw the change happening and I was getting addicted to the feeling. I felt great and I could really see my life changing. I was losing weight, I had more energy, and I knew that my goal to be able to play with my littel girl again with out dissappointment was very close to being accomplished.
Now, I have to speed up to the final month to cut this story short. I am now at my three month time, 90 days to be exact. I have completely lost all the weight, I have put on more muscle, I actually can see a little six pack coming out, and let me tell you my energy is super charged. I feel like a new man, and my little girl has her daddy back. I am no longer sitting on that stupid couch just watching my life pass me by, I am up playing with my daughter and enjoying the life that we were intended to have. I don't know where I would be if I didn't find P90X, probally sitting on that couch waisting away, getting worse ever day.
I know now that I will never do that to myself or my family again, I will make sure that I am around to see my daughter grow up and be in her life as long as I can. My daughter just told me that I reminder her of a superhero from a cartoon she was watching. That brought tears to my eye's, my little girl was proud of me again and I owe it all to the P90X workout program. Thank you guys for this fantastic, and life changing product, you guys are the true hero's.
