Abdominal Machines Review - Do They Really Work?
But do these abs exercisers really work or is there a better way to get flat abs? Of course, I haven't tried all of the abs machines in the world.
Many of them are just complete rip-offs.
Some are better than others.
However, I believe that abdominal machines as a whole aren't the best way to get flat abs.
In fact, I believe they're an expensive way to get mediocre results at best.
Let's see what are the major problems with abdominal machines: 1.
The tend to break just like any machine does.
Usually, you can't repair them.
You just need to throw them out, so they're a temporary measure at best.
2.
They take room, accumulate dust - Any machine in your house means less room for you.
And no, having a machine in the house doesn't mean that you will workout more.
There are a ton of people who simply use their exercise machines as a clothes rack.
3.
Abdominal machines usually offer only a limited range of resistance so that if you're even moderately fit, they become less effective for you.
4.
Even though some abdominal machines can be fitted to different body types, they always fall short in some way.
Therefore, it is not surprising to find an abs machine which is supposed to give you neck support which in fact is putting even more pressure on your neck.
Let's just say that machines aren't as flexible as working on a mat.
5.
The main problem with abs machines is that they focus on the exercise aspect and not on the nutritional aspect.
This is like trying to stand on one leg for a really long time: you're going to fall down eventually.
Nutrition is the most important factor if you want to lose belly fat and get flat abs.
Machines just don't cut it.
In that sense, they're selling you a dream which they can't fulfill.
The solution is to stop using machines and stary focusing on having the right kind of knowledge about fitness and nutrition which will give you those flat abs you've always wanted.
This is the option I've chosen and it has worked for me.
I know it can work for you too.
