What Is SIMPLE Leadership?

While there are many variables and nuances that great leaders must overcome, in order to transform the everyday obstacles into inspiring challenges, and then eventually to actual leadership, it is essential to do so in some basic, easily reproducible manner.
Unfortunately, far too often, rather than merely carefully and thoroughly analyzing the needs and coming up with the best course of action, these individuals tend to overly complicate matters.
We witness this everyday in the disturbing tendency today of becoming overly dependent upon some metric or governance system that they force themselves into believing is some magic elixir.
However, every great leader has invariably discovered that the best leadership is not the form that is the most complex or complicated, but rather the one that is SIMPLE.

Is the leader's approach and manner one that is strenghening to those he impacts? Does it make sense in such a manner as to be consistently sane? Is it supportive, not only to the leader himself, but to the best interests of the group? Is the focus on the longer term rather than merely an immediate fix, so that it becomes sustainable and important? 2.
Don't merely do what others have always done, but rather assure that it is idea - based! Are your intents pure, and do you always maintain absolute integrity? 3.
Rather than merely thinking in terms of a means to an end, but rather focus on a meaningful mantra! Great leaders must be organized enough to make certain that his administration is superbly managed! 4.
What are your priorities, and why have you selected these? How do they direct you to create and develop relevant programs and plans, that serve the best interests of your stakeholders? How much attention are you willing to put into the highest quality and most thorough planning? 5.
Discover that your potential is limitless, if you are ready, willing and able to follow up and explore every perceivable lead that might permit you to consider various alternative objectively! Never merely fix some short term or immediate issue in a myopic manner, but rather do so in synergy with the longer range or term needs and objectives.

Empathetic leader enrich his organization, constituents, and both existing and potential stakeholders.
By doing so, he consistently earns their respect, not by empty rhetoric, but rather by the combination of his true intents and deeds.
It need not be complicated to lead effectively.
Rather, begin with these SIMPLE concepts, and focus on goals, rather than merely popularity or your comfort zone!
