103 3
From this moment our focus will be on is to become the best, only the best and this starts first with our computer, our mind.
Just like a computer, you put in an order, a thought, which returns an answer, an action.
We have the power to program it for action or inaction, productive or unproductive outcomes.
There are 4 strategies that successful people do in business and life to ensure the main objective is productive mental attitude: -Train-firmations.
You can definitely train your mind to train your subconscious by consistently, every day and multiple times in that day, repeat powerful affirmations that are made up from the behaviors, convictions, energy levels that trigger the emotions that pull you, not push, toward your objective(s).
You see, your time is already taken up, and this helps you drive actions that fill up that time for positive returns.
-Speak-tudes.
Your positive inner talk or outer speaking attitudes dominate your negative head trash by replacing them with productive, conscious, intentions through the inner voice.
-Visual-tudes.
According to psychology studies of the most incredible artists, surgeons, athletes and engineers whom are peak performers in their field found both conscious and subconscious efforts using affirmations and visualizations have been implemented.
I've heard of prisoners on war soldiers who've been locked up for years thinking continually visualizing and fantasizing about what they'll do once free.
It helped them get through very grim times and improved their outlook greatly.
-Discover-tudes.
What really moves, excites and attracts you to take action? What motivates you to change your life? As a personal trainer, it motivates me when others tell me that they see in me what they want.
Start with the basics such as self-preservation, love, financial.
Pull out all the stops.
Write them down, ponder them for a day.
Your dreams require all the enthusiasm, belief and physiology (walk confident and tall, smile, fast talker) in yourself.
Lets' get it on! As you can see, you need to commit to personal improvement consistently.
