How to Keep a Positive Mind in Life
Moreover, we possess the ability to choose between happiness and unhappiness.
It is totally up to you to decide which one you want.
We can be unhappy about a lot of things in life.
For example, you can be mad at a person who makes fun of you in school or you can be mad at your parents for not having enough money to buy you a computer.
It seems like no matter how hard you try, you just cannot remove these problems from your head.
The more you think about them, the more angry you feel.
Let's say there's a person who has a habit of making fun of you in school or in the place you work.
You would definitely get mad at that person and would try to think of a way to get revenge on that person.
Whenever you think about this person, your mood would get destroyed.
Now, you should ask yourself two questions.
What can you gain from getting mad at a person? What are the benefits of getting mad at a person? If you have asked yourself these two questions, I bet you are starting to realize how stupid you have been.
Why would you or anyone get mad at a person who is totally not worth your time? While you are getting mad at that person, he/she might be having fun and enjoying life.
That person would most likely never think about you or care about you.
You, on the other hand, are wasting so much time thinking about and hating this person.
The more you hate that person, the unhappier your life becomes.
Why should you allow such a person to ruin your mood all the time? Why should you let anyone control how you feel? You need to forget about the people you hate, because you are living for yourself, and not for another person.
Instead of wasting time by getting mad at a person who does not care about you, you should do the things that make you happy.
