Claire's is a highly popular jewelry store chain that carries a wide variety and huge selection of "costume jewelry." The styles range from licensed pop culture icons to vintage and classic, and all for very moderate prices. Many of the stores have branched out to also offer hats, purses, makeup, sunglasses and other fashion accessories. I've never seen a man work at a Claire's store, but they claim to be an equal opportunity employer so maybe there just aren't many men that apply.
*NOTE* I have to add note of caution in regards to Claire's.
This store is known to offer ear piercing services, which are performed by the store employees and are done via the use of the piercing gun, which is not a safe method for piercing. If you work in a Claire's store, you may be required to learn and perform gun piercings, which could be a conflict of ethics if you feel as strongly about the piercing gun as I do.

Claire's is a huge chain with stores all over the USA, Canada, Europe, and Japan. Check out their Store Locator to see if there's a store near you. They're almost always found inside malls or shopping centers.
How to Apply:
If you're looking for an in-store position, the Claire's website suggests that you visit the store you're interested in working for and ask for an application in person. If you're looking for a job in a field or corporate capacity, visit their Professional Opportunities page, but bear in mind that dress code policies in regards to body art may be different for professional positions.
