Are You on a Fat Stomach Diet Without Knowing it?

You may have tried various techniques to get that flat stomach you envy so much.
I know getting a flat stomach can be very tricky to obtain.
But it would also be fantastic to have a tummy that is flat and toned to perfection, wouldn't it? Did you know that all your efforts can go to waste if you have little habits, that you may not even be aware of, that can hinder your success? If you are ready to identify these habits and stop them in their tracks, answer the below questions.
It will help you to identify whether you are on a fat stomach diet without knowing it.

Do you eat at least on midday snack?
If you think that the answer of this question should be NO, you are wrong.
Eating smaller portions of food more often, with 2 snacks in the day is much better than not eating that often.
If you deprive your body of food or if you don't eat that often, you will be starving the time lunch times comes and before you know it you will be stuffing any thing you can find into your mouth out of pure hunger.

Is dinner your biggest meal of the day?
You should eat your biggest meal in the morning and your meals should decrease in size as your day progress.
This is because we are usually more active earlier in the day and we need more energy from the foods we eat.
Make your earlier meals bigger and your dinner smaller, and you'll see your belly shrinking along with the size of your dinner.

Do you skip breakfast?
This is one of the worst things you can do if you want to lose your belly fat.
If you skip breakfast (or any other meal) your metabolism will slow down.
And you need a fast metabolism to burn of that unwanted belly fat.
So you better start eating breakfast.
And make it healthy and nutritious.
4.
Do you eat more than a third of your meals at restaurants?
If you love eating out as much as I do, then this question will be hard to stomach.
If you eat out a lot, it will surely increase the size of your belly.
So start cutting back on restaurant meals and when you must eat out, choose more belly-friendly options.
Stay away from anything fried or creamy and you'll be fine.
5.
Do you often go to bed hungry? (3 or more hours after your last meal or snack)
If you go to bed hungry, chances are that you may wake up in the middle of the night looking for a midnight snack.
Seeing that you will still be sleepy, you will probably stuff anything you can find into your mouth.
And going to sleep right after you have eaten is not a good idea if you want a flat stomach.
6.
Do you regularly go on diets? (Low fat/ South beach/Atkins/ any fad diet)
If you are on of the many yo-yo dieters out there, then you are on a fat stomach diet.
Why? Because when you go on fad diets, your body prepare for a fast and actually stores fat and burns muscles when it's deprived of food.
The best thing you can do for your tummy's appearance is to stay away from fad diets.
So, if you want to have a sleek sexy, flat tummy eat at least two healthy snacks on a day, make breakfast your biggest meal (and don't skip breakfast), try to eat more meals at home, don't go to bed hungry and stay away from fad diets.
It is only by learning healthy eating habits, understanding food and its role on your body and by getting in more exercise, that you will get the long term results you are looking for.
