Hair Growth Rinse

• Apple cider vinegar is an exceptional scalp therapy for fast hair growth. Not only does apple cider vinegar contain important nutrients for healthy hair, it also balances the pH on the scalp. Apple cider vinegar, when used on the scalp, helps to unclog hair follicles. Hair follicles can become clogged with dead skin and impurities causing hair to be brittle or not grow at all.
  
  Use an apple cider vinegar hair rinse twice a week to foster a healthy scalp and ensure healthy hair growth. To create an apple cider vinegar hair rinse, combine one cup of apple cider vinegar with one cup of water. While in the shower, pour it over your hair, taking care not to get it into your eyes. Massage it into the scalp for two to three minutes. Rinse the apple cider vinegar out of your hair and shampoo as usual.

• Bananas are full of nutrients that have been used for ages to help hair grow and stay healthy. Among these nutrients are vitamins A, C and E as well as many of the B vitamins and potassium. Vitamins A, C and E are very important for the health of the scalp. Vitamin A regulates oil production so that hair grows soft and smooth. Vitamin C increases circulation in the scalp to encourage growth, while vitamin E repairs scalp damage that prohibits hair growth. The actual hair shaft is composed of B vitamins while potassium helps to remove bacteria buildup in the hair and scalp.
  
  For a banana hair treatment, mash one ripe banana and massage it into the scalp and spread it throughout the entire length of hair. Cover with a shower cap and expose it to heat for a minute or two by placing a hair dryer on a low heat setting. This allows the scalp and the hair to absorb the benefits of the ripe banana. Leave the banana mask in the hair or 30 minutes. Rinse the banana out of the hair and shampoo as usual. Use this treatment one to three times a week for fast hair growth.
