- 1). Create and send invitations. Include a description that explains to guests that they will be creating their own photo purses. Include a list of materials the guests will need to bring and what items you will provide.
- 2). Create a floor plan. Sketch where each table (including the refreshment table) and chair should be setup. This will also help you determine if you need to rearrange or move existing furniture.
- 3). Obtain an adequate amount of tables and chairs. Each guest needs a work area large enough to spread out their materials, so a table that seats four may only accommodate two for making a photo purse.
- 4). Decorate. Cover the tables with plain white butcher paper or newspaper to protect the work area. Decorate the rest of the room to go along with the photo purse theme such as using photos of guests as place cards or making centerpieces out of old purses.
- 5). Collect RSVPs and buy the needed amounts of refreshments and craft supplies you'll be providing such as scissors, glue, and photo sleeves.
