If your complexion is dark, however, the new blond hair may provide too strong a contrast, and you will have to find another solution.
Electrolysis can permanently remove the hair but must be done by a well-trained technician.
It is expensive and time consuming and may cause scarring if not properly done.
But for persons who have tried other remedies without success and have to go-ahead from their doctors, it can be an effective treatment.
