Fatigue can strike anybody at anytime.

Symptoms of Fatigue Most symptoms are considered normal and are to be expected no matter how young or old you are, what your medical condition is or what type of activities you were engaged in prior to feeling fatigued.
Others are not considered normal and may require more scrutiny.
The more common symptoms are also considered more normal.
Do you feel weak or tired or exhausted with little energy to make till the end of the day? These feelings take place in most peoples lives in any given day and for the most part can be diminished or eradicated with correct precautions.
The less common symptoms are usually more serious.
Rapid heart beats, dizziness, feelings of passing out and shortness of breath all should be taken seriously if the onset is rapid and unexpected.
Of course if they are brought on by high levels of aerobic activities or weight lifting then that is to be expected.
Otherwise it is wise to consult a medical professional.
Causes of Fatigue Most causes are easy to pinpoint and are usually corrected by simple instructions.
Others however can be more serious and difficult to detect.
The more common causes originate from typical lifestyle problems.
The lack of sleep usually tops the list.
Drinking too much caffeine during the day or before going to bed can intensify can contribute to sleep apnea.
Too much stress at work or from the home does not help either.
Another factor is not eating a properly balanced diet.
The less common are also the most serious causes.
They originate from both medical and psychological problems.
Diabetes (both type one and type two), heart disease, overactive and underactive thyroid, emphysema, obesity and chronic kidney failure are just examples of medical reasons.
Irritability, depression and grief are examples of psychological reasons.
Once you know the symptoms and causes of fatigue you can begin your fight.
Prevention will be the next weapon in your arsenal.
