Three Types of Goji Berry Salads

Goji berry can be used in the making of some of the simplest salads with excellent health benefits.
These are perhaps the easiest recipes you can prepare with these berries.
Goji berry fruit salad Goji berry fruit salad is an interesting salad which is made with the help of nicely cut apples, three tablespoons of fresh walnuts, peanut, sunflower seeds and soaked berries.
You need to pour all such ingredients into a bowl and then mix all ingredients very well.
If you wish to bring in some additional flavors in such a salad you can easily sprinkle generous quantity of salt, pepper and also black salt which will give it a tangy taste.
If you are done, your salad is ready to be served.
Spicy Goji berry Salad Another interesting salad which is prepared using fresh and luscious goji's, is by using a cup of dried berries along with another cup of wheat berries.
Other ingredients which are used in this nutritious salad are sodium chicken broth, olive oil, walnut oil and lemon juice.
You will also need apple vinegar, large scallions in required quantities using white and green parts only along with crisp red skinned apple which can be unpeeled into small dices.
Do not forget to include one large celery stalk which shall be diced along with toasted walnuts, finely minced parsley leaves, some portions of ground cinnamon and also one spoon of agave.
You will need salt as per taste.
Once you have arranged all these ingredients, you will have to combine the wheat berries and broth in a saucepan and place them over medium heat conditions.
You need to bring this into a boil.
You can reduce the heat to very low conditions, cover it up and let it simmer for some time until all water has been absorbed.
You will find that the kernels are now very tender and chewy.
Once done, you will have to whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice in a bowl and drain out the berries.
Your task is almost completed when you add all remaining items into a bowl and toss them all to coat.
Your salad is ready to be eaten.
You can serve it to your friends and family after refrigerating it or you can even serve it at room temperature.
Green Goji berries Salad If you wish to try out another kind of salad, then this salad might appeal you.
You will need a handful of goji's, fuji apple which should be ideally cored and chopped, one spoon of flax oil, lime juice, oil to sprinkle, large bowl which will have a mix of baby greens.
Other ingredients which you will need include cilantro chopped, green onions, finely chopped rosemary and also a large avo.
You will need to mix baby greens, goji berries, lime juice, salt, oil and cayenne in a bowl.
In another bowl you need to mash avocado with the remaining ingredients and adjust with the right seasoning.
You can also top your salad with fresh sauce or cream and then enjoy your lovely healthy salad, as much as you can.
