BDSM and Fetish Fashions

In these days of goth fashions, it is sometimes an erroneous assumption that someone is into BDSM based on their fashions. Today fetish fashions can take on a number of different appearances, such as perhaps those that rubberists may wear, for instance. Foot fetish clubs of course will have the BDSM and fetish fashions that are reflected in some rather extravagant footwear. For instance I recently saw a "shoe" that was only a heel, a very tall heel strapped onto a lady's foot as if she were wearing a boot, as there was leather up her leg with many clasps, but there was no vamp and definitely no sole to the shoe at all!

Also seeing a lady hanging onto her Domme in public wearing ballet type shoes and walking on tiptoe without a grimace on her face will speak volumes to those watching. Yet, everyone knows that domme women also might be wearing something that translates into at least some kind of BDSM and fetish fashions, for they too like to wear the very high heeled black leather boots, correct?

On the other hand, someone with a leotard fetish will definitely be able to enter a dance studio dressed in a leotard without having one eyebrow raised. Often it pays to be in the right place at the right time.

Strapon dommes have been known to walk the perimeters of fetish clubs with their strapons going ahead of them in an effort to "advertise" what they are into, this being the height of "trolling" for submissive men. The embarrassment factor alone in having to approach such a woman in a public club is worth watching.

BDSM and fetish fashions are often easy to find in the unlikeliest circumstances such as watching a man purchasing an oversized shoe in perhaps a size 14, knowing that the likelihood of his girlfriend wearing a size 14 shoe with a 5" heel or 6" heel is rare indeed. This is especially true if the girlfriend is not present while he stammers that it's for a gift for her. Chances are very good that a fetish domme lurks nearby.
