Boosting Testosterone Is a Positive Cycle of Growth Needing Only 7 Minutes Per Day

I would love to workout at the gym for an hour a day to have the bigger muscles - but I hate the gym with a passion and it will never happen unless my testosterone level was much higher than it is.
However, this is much easier than it sounds to achieve, because boosting testosterone levels is not a complex task when you know how it works.
Essentially, the brain needs to detect that the body needs more testosterone before it will tell the testicles to get on with making more.
And stress of our muscles is how this gets done.
If we make our muscles burn for only 7 minutes a day of heavy weights training, then the brain will command the testicles to get busy.
When the testes have done their job, the increased testosterone will flow through our blood and begin making more muscle mass which is what we want to happen.
However, there is more going on than just more muscle being built.
The increase of androgenic hormones in our blood also has the effect of making us more active and busy in our day and we feel much less inclined to sit around on the sofa watching TV.
We develop what I call a "fidget factor" whereby we naturally want to keep moving - not in a neurotic sense, but rather in a positive and highly motivated way we just want to keep moving and doing things.
This increased activity level has 2 primary impacts on us in the form of a higher metabolic rate meaning that we burn up calories much more rapidly and so lose weight and body fat and it also causes us to maintain high levels of testosterone production.
It becomes a self-feeding positive cycle of increased benefits because when the next day comes along for us to do our 7 minutes muscle-burning workout, we really do it with enthusiasm.
