- 2). From beneath, push the right shoelace through the next eyelet. Pull. Cross to the left side and push the lace back through the left eyelet so that the lace is lying flat across the shoe. The lace should be inside the shoe now.
- 3). Skip the next eyelet and instead push the shoelace up through the second eyelet you reach. Pull the lace. Cross back to the right side and push down until the lace is taut. The lace should lie flat and hang down inside the shoe.
- 4). Skip the next eyelet on the right side and instead push the lace up through the second eyelet you reach. Pull. You should be at the top of the shoe; leave the excess lacing hanging out.
- 5). Return to the bottom of the shoe. From beneath, push the left lace through the second eyelet you reach. Cross to the right side and pull the lace. The lace should be flat and hanging down inside the shoe.
- 6). Again skip the next eyelet and choose the second eyelet you come to. Push the lace through and cross to the left side, pulling the lace flat.
- 7). Push the shoelace through the final eyelet. The remains of each lace should be at the top of the shoe.
