Antioxidants from fruits and vitamins are always going to help you, since they are medically proven to prevent cancers and aging. Also, increasing your intake of fiber and water will also help, since they allow regular bowel movements and dilution of toxins. They also allow more sweat production to remove more toxins. Finally, simply reducing your intake of processed foods and carbonated drinks will help, since you reduce the preservatives and chemicals which enter your body. There is really no need to go crazy on a detox diet.
