How to Get Through the Tomb in Poptropica

Getting Into the Tomb

• 1). Hop onto your plane at Nabooti and fly to Giza, where the tomb is located.
  
  
• 2). Open your backpack and put on the desert turban. This turban will allow you to pass the workers (or tomb raiders posing as workers) and enter the tomb.
  
  
• 3). Walk to the first digger and speak to him. He will give you a shovel.
  
  
• 4). Look at the shovel handle and notice the phone number and name listed on the handle. Dial this number on your in-game cell phone. The nearby tent will start ringing and the boss will go inside, letting your fellow "workers" off for the day. The other diggers will scatter.
  
  
• 5). Open the backpack outside the tent belonging to Vince Graves, the foreman. You'll find a moon stone located inside.
  
  
• 6). Climb to the top of the Sphinx's head and use the moon stone on the head. This causes a moonbeam to shoot down and open the door to the tomb. Go inside.
  
  

Passing the Tomb

• 1). Head right and click the panel to bring up the first sliding-block puzzle. The goal is to get all the pieces horizontal. A working order is: first piece, third piece, fourth piece. The platforms will move to allow access to the next puzzle.
  
  
• 2). Cross the bridge to the next puzzle, then click to bring it up. Move the blocks to match the layout of the lower set of blocks. Start by positioning the last block in the row, then the first two. Complete this puzzle and a hidden door will open above you. If you need to reset the puzzle, pull the reset handle.
  
  
• 3). Go left through the hallway and jump down to find the next puzzle. Jump on the platforms in order of the hieroglyphs on them. The order is: man, boat, bird and staff, and eye. Getting them in order lets you jump onto the brick floor above you.
  
  
• 4). Climb up, then climb the rope above you. The bricks below you will collapse, and you'll find the last puzzle at the end of the rope. Pulling the switch causes the room to fill with sand. Click the columns in the correct order to stop the flow of sand. The correct order to stop the sand is: column four, column two, column three and then column one. The sand will stop flowing, revealing the blue jewel.
  
  
• 5). Grab the blue Nabooti jewel, then leave the Sphinx' tomb and head back to your plane. You have completed this section and can move on to the Kaya jungle area.
