- 1). Sidestep the blast attack that Shukaku unleashes at the start of the battle. Move your character to the left side of its body.
- 2). Attack Shukaku's left arm. This is the safest way to deal damage without getting hurt. Run toward the left as soon as Shukaku rears up to attack you with its right arm. You can anticipate this attack by moving when Shukaku starts to rotate toward you. That's your cue to start running.
- 3). Continue this attack pattern until cracks start to appear in Shukaku's arm. This is an indication that it is starting to weaken and Shukaku will soon become more aggressive. A message telling you that Shukaku is getting more serious will be your warning.
