without exercise...
well, people always try to make everything much more complicated than it really is.
And in reality - losing weight is really easy once you know how.
So, first - if I am to be honest with you, you're kind of slowing yourself down by not exercising.
BUT, and it's a big but...
finding the motivation to keep going with the exercising, or even getting started in the first place is usually very very difficult.
And that's AFTER spending the time to learn about what kinds of exercises you should do, when you should do them, how often you should do them and how you should do them...
and the list goes on...
So it makes sense to skip the exercising at first and go straight to what really matters - dieting - and you can come back to the exercising later on if you're not happy with the way you look, OK? And yes, I did just say that dreaded word - dieting.
It's important not to look at dieting as something that's bad, hard, frustrating...
because guess what - then it is hard and difficult.
So try instead to look upon it as something that is...
cool.
Like, isn't it amazing that you can eat foods...
and then that food makes fat VANISH? How awesome is that? No really, think about it...
So first you need a proper dieting system, and fortunately it's a bit easier than exercising because you simply just need someone, or something to tell you what to eat, how much and how often...
and what do you know? Fat disappears almost like magic.
The best dieting system that you could ever get your hands on would be one that someone or something has made specifically customized after your body type.
Why? Because if you think about it - everyone's body type is different...
so therefore everyone's body type needs different things.
