Living a hemorrhoid free life is not just about finding a cure for hemorrhoids should you ever get them.
Instead, if you truly want to never have to worry about hemorrhoids, and all the pain and discomfort that can come hand in hand with it, then you'll need to actually start taking steps and making certain that you actively prevent yourself from being exposed to the risk of hemorrhoids.
How can you accomplish that? Well, for starters, you should be looking directly at the causes of hemorrhoids and figuring out how you can avoid them.
Mainly, hemorrhoids is caused due to pressure and strain being placed on the anal and rectal area -- and so your actions should be oriented so that they're directly avoiding that.
Start off by simply doing the most simple thing possible: Trying to reduce the amount that you strain while you're on the toilet.
Naturally, this could be easier said than done -- but if you find that you're straining a lot on a regular basis, then it is probably going to be a good idea to take things a step further and find out why.
Are you constantly constipated? Do you have trouble moving bowels? Many people really end up straining excessively while on the toilet simply because they have other problems that cause them to do so.
Tackling these problems will be the first step that you need to take if you want to prevent hemorrhoids completely.
Apart from that, there are numerous other efforts that you can try too: For example, eating high fiber foods may be able to improve the quality of your bowel movements and prevent you from straining too much.
Also, exercise can help in a multitude of ways, including giving you better posture due to increased muscular support -- which in turn can reduce pressure on that area of your body.
Some people even feel that using squat toilets as opposed to sitting toilets will help prevent hemorrhoids.
As you can see, there are so many steps that you can take to prevent hemorrhoids.
While you don't need to jump into them and start doing things all at once, slowly but surely you'll see that most of the steps that you could take will not only help you avoid the problem of hemorrhoids, but should improve your lifestyle as a whole! In other words, with the same action you could just as easily lead a happier, hemorrhoid free, healthier life on a more continuous basis and also have to worry less and less about having a problem with this condition.
