Putting so much strain on your body on a regular basis is not inherently good and can someone cause health problems.

As far as treatment goes, the absolute best thing you can do for yourself is go see your doctor and get set up on a plan which is designed specifically for you.
Everybody's bodies are different and therefore require different methods of treatment so it's important that you get your own as soon as possible before your condition gets even worse.
