Why? Because we are in fact living.
That as simple as it gets.
With life comes problems, setbacks and frustration.
If you haven't experienced any at this point, then I will say as my great-grandmother did; 'just keep on living'.
This is not just something I've heard or read, it is something I know.
According to my own life's experience.
However, another thing, it comes with life, it's called free will.
Free will when exercised toward the positive is absolutely priceless within itself.
We have the choice as to how we are going to allow negatives to affect us.
That in itself is a blessing.
We have the choice to allow life to wear us down or to build us up.
Once you have made that choice it still must become a declaration.
One that no matter what you will not be moved.
By any person or circumstance.
Not even yourself.
Until I made this choice and declaration for my life I was one miserable human being.
If it wasn't going according to my expectations then I was just not happy.
Along the way I made a lot of people unhappy by just being around me.
I finally came to the realization that life comes with problems and I don't have to handle them in a state of misery.
I could choose to handle them with joy.
With this change of attitude came a bonus.
The bonus of realizing all my troubles are but a test of faith.
A test of faith which should draw me closer to God and make me a stronger individual.
Dear brothers, is your life full of difficulties and temptations? Then be happy,for when the way is rough, your patience has a chance to grow.
So let it grow, and don't try to squirm out of your problems.
For when your patience is finally in full bloom, then you will be ready for anything, strong in character, full and complete.
James 1:2-4 Living Bible Life is too short to vacillate from one mood to another based on circumstances.
One fact about life is absolutely nothing remains the same.
Thank God for freewill by which we can control how we roll with the storms.
No matter the strength and intensity.
