Orange Juice Gin Martini: The Eddy

The Eddy is the drier version of the Orange Blossom No. 1; it simply uses dry instead of sweet vermouth. If you would like a 'perfect' version of the gin-orange juice combination, there is always the Bronx.

According to A.S Crockett in The Old Waldorf-Astoria Bar Book, this was one of the popular pre-Prohibition, orange-based cocktails that were confused with one another by "home" bartenders a few years later, during what he called the "Doubtful Drink Era."
