- 1). Choose wisely when creating your Flash file. The more files, fonts and frames you use, the larger your file will be.
- 2). Clear out any unnecessary files from your Flash file's library.
- 3). Navigate to "File," then select "Save and Compact."
- 4). Navigate to "File" then "Publish Settings."
- 5). Select the "Flash" tab and make sure the "Compress movie" box is checked.
- 6). Choose the "HTML" tab and choose "Best" or "Auto High" from the quality options.
- 7). Select "Publish."
