No Heartburn, Even With Coffee

103 1
Love coffee? Well then don't be surprised as to why you've got heartburn.
Yes dear reader, heartburn is greatly related to the amount and frequency of coffee you take in a day or in your lifetime.
If you love coffee but you have heartburn, it would surely be some habit that's hard to give up.
If you're thinking a cup won't do you any harm that's where you're wrong.
Caffeine itself is a known major cause of heartburn simply because it aids the stomach in producing large quantities of stomach acid which is way more than what the body requires for aiding digestion.
The excess of the acid leaks into the esophageal sphincter causing the burning pain and irritation you'd be feeling as an individual with heartburn.
An acidic taste in the mouth is also noted.
So how do you deal with such a dilemma? Coffee is a part of everyone's daily routine and it is something that is quite hard to give up just for heartburn.
Good news for heartburn sufferers who love coffee! Recent studies have come up with the Hevla technique so you could still enjoy coffee but this time without much of the caffeine content.
Do not worry though, the aroma and taste is not affected in this technique.
The Helva process is done by steaming the coffee beans under extremely strong pressure.
The molecules in steam bond to the caffeine found in the coffee bean but not affecting the taste of the coffee.
Since there is no longer any caffeine left in the coffee this does not stimulate the production of stomach acids - meaning no heartburn.
The coffee still has that distinct taste and aroma that you love.
