I dug the song "Breakaway" from the soundtrack of the film Hannah Free when I first saw it. Hearing Blair Hansen’s “Wandering Soul” in my ear buds both chilled and thrilled me. This hot recording artist is the 2009 OutMusic Country/Folk Song winner for "Breakaway." A real Cali girl (she resides in the San Francisco Bay area), Hansen is a young musician who also captured the Sonic Bids Humanitarian Songwriter of the Year award for her latest CD Real World.

Her tagline is “Acoustic melodies with an edge” and she certainly has an edgy and hip look along with an eager, winning smile.
