Unlikely duo Ted Olson and David Boies team up to represent plantiffs Jeffrey Zarrillo, Paul Katami, Kristin Perry and Sandy Stier.

Ex-solicitor General Theodore Olson (pictured) and once rival David Boies represent the plaintiffs in Perry v. Schwarzenengger, the federal case that will decide the fate of California's ban on gay marriage. Olson and Boies were on opposing sides of the 2000 ballot war Bush v. Gore. Boise represented Gore, while Olsen led the Bush camp. Olsen and Boise seek to prove that Prop 8 denies same-sex couples a "fundamental right."
