- 1). Cut a 1-inch-wide circle in the very top of the hat.
- 2). Draw around the ski hat on one piece of fabric. Do this again, then cut out of the two shapes.
- 3). Pin the two pieces of fabric onto two sides of the ski hat so that the entire hat is covered, then attach the fabric onto the hat using no-sew fusible tape and an iron.
- 4). Turn the hat inside out. Repeat steps 2 and 3 using the second piece of fabric.
- 5). Cut both rag dolls at their waists, taking care not to pull out any stuffing. Discard their legs.
- 6). Sew the two dolls together at the waists so that when one doll is held right-side-up, the other is upside-down.
- 7). Slide the two-headed doll through the hole at the top of the ski hat until a head and torso are made visible.
- 8). Attach the doll to the ski hat by sewing the doll's waist to the top of the hat. The hat should look like the doll's skirt.
