Specifications for a Chevy 2500 Silverado Diesel
- Each model comes standard with a 360-horsepower, 6.0-liter V-8 engine. Available for each is a 335-horsepower, 6.6-liter V-8 as well as a 397-horsepower, 6.6-liter V-8. The Silverado 2500 requires diesel fuel and can hold up to 36 gallons.
- Each model comes with a six-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Overdrive allows the engine to achieve greater fuel efficiency while reducing engine wear. Each model is rear-wheel drive with part-time four-wheel drive capabilities.
- The LTZ sports leather front bucket seats and eight-way driver and passenger seat direction controls. The LTZ also comes standard with dual-zone front air conditioning and automatic climate control, as well as seven Bose speakers and four power outlets. The two other models sport bench seats, four-way seat controls and manual air conditioning.
